Any claims for misprinted, damaged or defective items must be made within 14 days after receiving the product. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 14 days after the expected delivery date. Claims that are considered an error on our part are covered at our expense.

  6. Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Wrong Address –

If you provide an address that the shipping company deems insufficient, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be responsible for return shipping costs once we have confirmed the updated address with you (if applicable).

 

Unclaimed – 

Unclaimed shipments will be returned to our facility and you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping to yourself or the end customer (if applicable)
